Program of the joint GERPISA and PVMI 2022 Annual Conference

  • The 30th International Colloquium of Gerpisa takes place in Ann-Arbor / Detroit and will be an hybrid event. All the presentations are recorded and will be available below by the 7th of June 2022.
  • In the parallel sessions a discussant from the International Steering Committee of Gerpisa will resume the presentations and launch the discussion with the participants before opening the Q&A to the audience.

Afternoon event for early arrivals: Mcity and May Mobility Presentations

1:30-2pm:  Mcity Presentation:  Victoria Waters, Assistant Director, Mcity

Victoria Waters is assistant director of Mcity, the University of Michigan-led public-private R&D center working to advance transportation safety, sustainability, and accessibility through connected and driverless vehicles. In this role, she leads strategic engagement with the center’s industry, academic and government partners.

2:20-2:50pm: May Mobility Presentation: Parker Dow, Field Engineering Manager, May Mobility

Parker Dow is a Field Engineering Manager at May Mobility in Ann Arbor, MI. He believes in community-centric autonomous technology as a complement to existing transportation. At May Mobility, Parker has designed clean-shuttle technology for the return-to-service in Grand Rapids, MI, following the COVID19 outbreak and introduced on-demand services with the Lexus RX450h platform in Arlington, TX. He leads the evolution of AV service deployments in the Japanese market.
