Daniel Heller, Chuo University

Daniel Heller co-directs the Collaborative Mindset Module module for International Masters in Management hosted by Yokohama National University. Daniel has a PhD in economics from the University of Tokyo. He researches strategic alliances, inter-organizational learning, and product development. He and Takahiro Fujimoto co-edited Industries and Disasters: Building Robust and Competitive Supply Chains.

Mike Jackson, Executive Director, Strategy and Research, OESA (Original Equipment Suppliers Association)

Mike Jackson is the Executive Director, Strategy and Research (OESA) Original Equipment Suppliers Association. He has been at OESA since 2017. Before that he spent 15 years at IHS, heading their vehicle production forecasting for North America. He is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with an MBA from Wayne State University.

Flavio Volpe is President of the Automotive Parts Manufacturers'​ Association, Canada's supplier association. Prior to that he worked in the private sector and in the Ontario government as Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Economic Development and Growth. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto with an MBA from York University.
