Résumé:

1. I analyzed entry strategies, product strategies and value chain management
of Toyota, Hyundai, Renault-Nissan and VW Group in Russian Market. I found tha
t there is a big difference between Toyota and other automobile manufacturing
Groups.
2. I analyzed by using International Management and Global Marketing theories
(replication Strategy, Multi-Domestic Strategy, Transnational and Globally Int
egrated Strategy) and interorganizational network (location decision and bound
ary decision)
3. There are global,glocal, local and botoom cusomers in emergin economies lik
e Russia. Toyota entered from the global customer and has not put the power to
the local customers, but Hyundai, Renault-Nissan and VW group have put the po
wer to the local customer and made specially strategic car for Russian market.
