The mobility industry is facing an uncertain transition toward Industry 4.0, 5.0, and servitization. This research evaluates the adoption potential of 44 new mobility business models using Q-methodology with 30 international experts. Results identify four dominant opportunity clusters: AI-driven models, smart logistics, selective MaaS, and green technologies. Additionally, findings highlight the distinct role of servitization within the industry. While personalization remains central in end products, industrial environments prioritize operational efficiency and reliability. The study introduces the concepts of "Strategic Filtering" and "Modular Transition" to describe how firms adopt technology incrementally rather than radically, filtering innovations based on process optimization. This provides a nuanced framework for understanding future productive model reconfiguration in the digital mobility economy.
