Abstract:

The global automotive industry is undergoing a profound transformation, with new energy vehicles (NEVs) emerging as the future trend. China, as the world's largest NEV market, boasts a complete industrial chain and leading technological capabilities. ASEAN countries, on the other hand, possess abundant natural resources and vast market potential. Through the method of policy comparison, this paper systematically analyzes the similarities and differences between China and ASEAN countries in the new energy vehicle industry policies, revealing the complementarity and potential paths for cooperation between the two sides. This paper explores the complementary policy path between China's NEV industry and ASEAN countries, aiming to foster regional collaboration and mutual benefit.
