Abstract:

Abstract
This study aims to help industries in the implementation and monitoring of management systems focused on the new standard IATF16949 (1), which includes ISO9001:2015 (2), ISO14001:2015 (3), and OHSAS18001:2007 (ISO45001 has not been approved). The ultimate goal is to create a key performance indicator, which shows sustainable development resulting from the implementation of these standards in an integrated management system. The model is applicable in any automotive industry. The design and methods included audits carried out in 10 companies in Puebla, which at the time of the study did not have a KPI for sustainable development. The analysis showed that all 10 companies measured KPIs; however, none compiled a final indicator of sustainable development based on the information they obtained.
