This research project, in partnership with assemblers, suppliers and local authorities, tries to organise a set of key performance indicators specific to the local cluster. In fact, the project seeks to improve the dynamic competitive advantages and to integrate strategies to provide greatest local value. Copyright © 2006 Inderscience Enterprises Ltd.
